Rashtriya Ekta Parv

KV Happy Valley participated and secured first position in various categories under Cluster level Rashtriya Ekta Parv (Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat and Kala Utsav). “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat,” meaning “One India, Best India,” is an initiative by the Government of India to promote cultural integration and mutual understanding among states and union territories. Paired State for the Session 2024-25 is Uttar Pradesh. It was launched in 2015, it encourages people to explore and appreciate the diverse traditions, languages, and heritage of different regions, fostering national unity. The programme is being organised in all KVs as an annual cultural fest showcasing the rich national heritage and Unity in Diversity. Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) is an annual program by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) to promote national integration and cultural appreciation. The program’s objectives include: Encouraging people to explore and appreciate the diverse traditions, languages, and heritage of different regions, Fostering national unity, Sensitizing students about the rich cultural heritage of India, Developing a feeling of admiration and respect for the cultures of different states. The program’s name translates to “One India, Best India”. Some activities that are part of the program include: Group dance, Group song, Poster making, Online quizzes, Essay writing, and Drawing and painting.
